OzoMeter™ Ozone Analyzer

Applications

The OzoMeter™ ozone analyzer is used to detect traces of ozone in the air or high concentrations of ozone in a gas stream. The low concentration OzoMeter™ can be used to monitor and alarm whenever the ambient air contains too much ozone. This is required in any area where ozone is produced. It can also be used to monitor the ambient ozone level which is often used as an air pollution indicator. The high concentration OzoMeter™ can be used to measure the ozone production of an ozone generator or to measure the off gas concentration from an ozone contactor for process control.

How It Works

The Hankin OzoMeter™ is an advanced microprocessor based instrument which uses the ultraviolet light (U/V) absorbance method of ozone detection. The microprocessor accurately calculates the concentration based on differences in U/V intensities of the sample gas and a zero reference gas.

OzoQuad™ Ozone Sampling Equipment

The OzoQuad™ Ozone Sampling System can be added to operate in conjunction with the OzoMeter™ to allow continuous, automatic ozone sampling from two, four, or five locations in a plant or room. The OzoQuad™ utilizes pumps and solenoid valves, controlled by the OzoMeter™ utilizing a 20 second to 4 minute adjustable time delay. The system includes a HAND-OFF-AUTO sampling mode switch and sample point selector switch when in manual. Pilot lights indicate sample point selected.
