Hankin Ozone offers a variety of models of Ozone Generators to cover a wide spectrum of ozone applications.

OzoPulse™ Oxygen Fed Systems
Hankin Ozone's OzoPulse™ Medium Frequency power supply, which employs the latest in Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBT) technology, take advantage of reduced size and energy consumption available with oxygen systems. Ozone concentrations from 6% to 12% by weight. Uses include drinking water treatment, industrial waste treatment, ultrapure water, aquaculture, and commercial aquariums.

Type PV Production Range - 16 to 72 lbs/day.

Type PH Production Range - 100 to 400 lbs/day.

OzoCool™ for Cooling Tower Water Treatment
Our OzoCool™ models are specifically designed to meet the requirements of the cooling tower industry and incorporate the ozone mixing device, water recirculating pumps, and all controls into a NEMA 3R indoor/outdoor rated cabinet. The OzoCool™ units are unique in the ozone industry in that they fully conform to the Uniform Fire Code (UFC). Remote (offsite) monitoring and control via modem are optional on all units.

The Type H has a production range of 1.2 lbs/day to 4 lbs/day.

The Type HL has a production range of 6 lbs/day to 20 lbs/day.

Ozotec™ Air Fed Systems
Hankin's patented Ozotec™ generator is based on the cylindrical dielectric, corona discharge design; which has proven to be the most space saving and energy efficient method of creating higher concentrations of ozone.

Our Type S model's low maintenance/high performance yield makes it suitable to be employed in the Beverage and Bottled Water industry, pilot-scale tests, and small scale cooling tower water treatment. All units come with integral internal air preparation. Production - 0.3 lbs/day to 5.5 lbs/day.

Our Type I models are versatile, cabinet style units are ideal for the disinfection and colour removal in small municipal drinking water supplies to such industrial waste treatments as landfill leachate, odour abatement for sewage plants, and mid-sized cooling towers. Production - 6 lbs/day to 28 lbs/day.

Our Type II model's "no nonsense" design makes for ease of operation and maintenance. These models have exceeded industry standards in applications such as the treatment of municipal drinking water, industrial waste, large cooling towers and treatment of mining leachates world wide. Production - 50 lbs/day to 250 lbs/day.
